Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused pouches in their original shipping box, ensuring the items are protected from moisture and contaminants.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the pouches meet our hygiene standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
